Adult Climbing Competency Course – Hereford

6 January, 2025 @ 19:00 – 21:00

6hr course running over 3 weeks. Learn rock climbing skills to be able to walk in to any climbing wall and climb without an instructor. Week 1: 6th January, 7-9pm Week 2: 13th January, 7-9pm Week 3: 20th January, 7-9pm

This course will give you all the relevant knowledge and information to be able to climb safely and responsibly at any wall in the UK.  We build skills and experience over the 6 hrs and by the time you finish you will have the ability and confidence to climb. The course covers belaying, knot tying, movement on the wall, equipment required, a brief history of climbing, climbing etiquette and what to expect when you go to a new wall.
