Join us for a fantastic day out rock climbing in South Wales!
Always looked longingly at cliffs thinking “I wonder if you could climb that?” Well now is your chance!
Ready for an exciting adventure?
We run full day rock climbing events, where anyone can have a go at one of the most exhilarating outdoor adventure sports. Experience the thrill of rock climbing, being immersed in the natural environment and conquering the rugged cliffs. Our taster sessions are suitable for complete beginners and existing climbers looking to transition from indoor to outdoor rock climbing.
In the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons) National Park in South Wales there are loads of places to climb for all abilities, with breath-taking views everywhere you look.
You’ll be carefully looked after by our experienced rock climbing instructors who have years of experience and a wealth of ways to help you succeed. We will show you how to safely tie yourself to the rope, manage the rope for another climber and create an environment where you can challenge yourself as much as you want. You’ll be fully equipped with everything you need, including a harness and helmet. We bring the expertise, you bring the enthusiasm!
As part of our South Wales Rock Climbing Taster, there will also be an opportunity to try Abseiling. A great challenge that seems worse than it actually is!
Abseiling is where you have 2 ropes attached to you and you walk down the cliff backwards. Backwards? Yes!
You will control one rope and the instructor the other.
Our South Wales Rock Climbing Taster offers a great day out for all the family – all technical equipment is provided, just bring enthusiasm!
