We operate in Herefordshire, Gloucestershire, Forest of Dean the Wye Valley, and Wales; offering rock climbing, abseiling, caving, gorge walking and survival training, and if you want to be on the water then you can go canoeing or raft building.

We can also arrange to bring our activities to you, so if you feel that outdoor activities will be too much after a heavy night or want to be as inclusive as possible. Then your hen party can compete in our Team Challenge Event at the accommodation where you are staying.

We offer discount rates for any hen party that books our outdoor activities, and the Hen goes free with any group over 10 people Also, we can recommend great accommodation in Herefordshire, Gloucestershire and Wales that will cater for you in the luxury and style that you expect, including heated indoor swimming pools and very comfy beds.

All our outdoor activities are run with very experienced qualified instructors who are chosen for having a good sense of humour and an understanding of what hen parties want from their outdoor activities. Highly recommend booking with Nathan to go abseiling and gorge walking! Nathan was a brilliant instructor, even though there were some nerves at first, everyone did it all and had the best time. We booked Life Changing Activities for the Team Challenge for my daughter’s Hen Party. What a laugh we had !! All the challenges were set up around our accommodation and with 3 instructors taking 3 teams of girls. Some challenges were logical, some a bit more of a challenge but so funny and light hearted The hen party were really impressed with the challenges and our instructors were excellent and got into the fun with us. I received some really good pictures of the day from Nathan which was a great bonus for us to keep Well done Nathan xx
